Thong found this place on the internet. It took us about 50 minutes from Toronto to this place. The admission fee here is more expensive but it’s worth it. When we just drove in, the first thing that we saw that made us excited is a big lake (at that time, Thong thought that here is the perfect place for us to canoe.)Ah, he was right, a lot of people come here for canoeing. There is also a boat rental if you don’t have your own, you don’t have to worry about that. The second thing that made us surprised is that it was very busy though today is Monday (this place is busier than the Terra Cotta Conservation) There are a lot of kids attending Summer Camp. Thong got his boat out, and started inflating. He was used to doing this so after a while, we were ready to paddle.
We took advantage of the nice weather today, after canoeing, we hiked around the trail, and we figured out that here will be the perfect place to go skiing in winter. I told Thong that I cant’t wait till winter comes (because before Thong was worried about the activities that we can do during the winter). Going up the trail was tiring but when we finally reached the top, the view made up for it.
Biking is also welcomed here.
